Angharad Prys in conversation with local poet, Non Prys Ifans. Non published her first poetry collection last year, Crocodeil yn Berwi Tegell (Cyhoeddiadau’r Stamp).

Like gusts of grief, these poems are also almost uncontrollable in their variety – from fragmented reflections to a stream of consciousness. And yet, as raw as they are, this is not a one-way collection that just unpacks and offloads, the poet sees flashes of beauty – and looks ahead – even from the eye of unimaginable pain.
